In Metem forging process is done between very strict temperature tolerances, by using optic temperature sensor.

Bars are forged with "8 surfaces guided" Weingarten spindle press at always the same temperature.

The result is the excellent forged part in strictly toleranted dimensions.

In Metem all forging dies are designed with CAD.

Volume and mass calculations of the forged part are done with CAD in 1/10000(mm3) tolerance, resulting flashless forged product.
